You may register using either an email address or a phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Bookings & Payments
GlowUp facilitates bookings between customers and service providers. All appointments are subject to provider availability and individual service terms. Booking fees may apply and are displayed before confirmation.
4. Provider Content
Service providers are solely responsible for the content they publish, including photos, videos, captions, and service descriptions. GlowUp reserves the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines.
5. Privacy
Your use of GlowUp is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Uganda and Kenya.
6. Liability
GlowUp acts as a marketplace connecting customers and providers. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by independent salons and professionals listed on the platform.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. GlowUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
